It isn't the first time Google is giving us apps at a discounted price to celebrate something. We got many of the highest rated apps for 10 cents back in December when 10 billion downloads were reached, and that was welcome for sure. But now, as summer comes to an end there is an
end of summer sale- some of the top apps are 99 cents for a limited time only.
